1. The 2^nd Budget Confirmation (From 1 November, 2018 to 31 October, 2019)
2. Acknowledgement of Membership

If you’re unable to attend the 2^nd Regular Member Conference (including the commission), please exert the following resolution right before [6:00pm of 25 January, 2019 (Friday)]

About the exertion of the resolution right

On the same day, every member will receive a set of conference materials.

Besides, if you’re unable to attend the 2^nd Regular member conference (including the commission), the materials will be delivered later.
